Bellway launches public consultation
Bellway Strategic Land (part of Bellway Homes Limited) has launched a public consultation for a residential development of up to 250 homes at land south of Worcestershire Parkway, forming part of the Abbotswood Ridge Neighbourhood in Wychavon Town
The primary focus of this consultation is to provide people with information about the top-priority objectives within this part of the southern neighbourhood in Wychavon Town.
The site will deliver a mix of homes as part of a vibrant and balanced community, where residents will be connected by highly accessible and sustainable travel links to a range of local services and facilities, as well as recreational and employment opportunities.
A spokesperson for the development said: “Bellway are proud to lead on what is expected to be the gateway community of this pioneering new town.
The proposals will embody the vision of Wychavon Town, fostering a sense of belonging as part of an attractive low carbon and sustainable residential environment.”
